5.具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
6.擬派項目負責人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
7.業(yè)績要求：無；
8.其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; 4. Have a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; 5. Possess a valid safety production license; 6. The proposed project leader shall have a second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of other ongoing construction projects; 7. Performance requirements: None; 8. Other requirements: None.
