(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目不是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)小型和微型企業(yè)享受10%的價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprises: this project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and small and micro enterprises enjoy 10% price discount when evaluating. (2) Welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.        

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）包件1的投標(biāo)人須具有乙級(jí)及以上測(cè)繪資質(zhì)證書（專業(yè)類別包括界線與不動(dòng)產(chǎn)測(cè)繪）；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) The bidder of Package 1 must have Grade B or above surveying and mapping qualification certificate (professional category includes boundary and real estate surveying and mapping); (4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
