(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprise procurement, and no price discount will be implemented by small and medium-sized enterprises during the review. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）包件2的投標人須具有檢驗檢測機構資質認定證書（CMA）；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。
