(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須具有有效的《食品經營許可證》，且涵蓋承包內容相匹配的經營項目；
（4）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Must have a valid Food Business License and cover business projects that match the contracted content; (4) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.        

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；
