（5）須具有有效的承裝(修、試)電力設施許可證資質：其中，投標人在 2025年7月1日之前取得資質的且未完成換證工作的，須具有承裝（修、試）電力設施許可五級及以上資質;在 2025年7月1日之后取得資質的或已完成換證工作的，須具有承裝（修、試）電力設施許可三級及以上資質；
（6）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（7）擬派項目負責人具有市政公用工程二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（8）業績要求：無；
（9）其他要求：無。
