(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy for Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs): This project is exclusively procured from SMEs. During the evaluation, products offered by micro and small enterprises will not be subject to any price assessment discounts.
(2) Policy for Supporting Welfare Enterprises for Persons with Disabilities: Such enterprises are eligible for the same preferential treatment as micro and small enterprises.
