Procurement Requirements: 

合同履約期限：本項目經財政部門批準一招三年，合同一年一簽，最多不超過三年。每年結束前采購人對成交供應商的工作進行綜合考核評定，確定次年合同的簽訂。如年度考核未通過或項目內容及價格變動較大的（超過原合同采購金額10%），將重新采購。本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2026年1月1日起至2026年12月31日止。        

The Contract Period: This project is approved by the financial department for three years, and the contract is signed once a year, with a maximum of three years. Before the end of each year, the purchaser will make a comprehensive assessment of the work of the supplier and determine the signing of the contract in the following year. If the annual assessment fails or the project content and price change greatly (more than 10% of the original contract purchase amount), it will be purchased again. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and no price discount will be implemented for the products of small and medium-sized enterprises during the review. （4）具有有效期內的食品經營許可證（經營項目須涵蓋本項目內容）；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。
