(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. （4）具備有效期內的《房地產估價機構備案證書》（備案等級三級及以上，三級備案在暫定期內的除外）；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。
       

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having a valid "Real Estate Appraisal Institution Filing Certificate" (excluding those with a filing level of three or above, and those with a filing level of three or above within the provisional period); (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.
