2、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
3、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有通信與廣電工程專業(yè)一級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
4、業(yè)績要求：無；
5、其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possessing a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for communication engineering construction; 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3. The proposed project leader should hold a first-class or higher registered constructor professional qualification in communication and broadcasting engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 4. Performance requirements: None; 5. Other requirements: None.
