2、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
3、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
4、業(yè)績(jī)要求：無(wú)；
5、其他要求：無(wú)。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possessing a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 4.
