（4）具有特種工程（結構補強）專業承包不分級資質；
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。
       

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having non graded qualifications for specialized contracting in special engineering (structural reinforcement); (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
