(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、須具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)；
2、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
3、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負責人；
4、業(yè)績要求：無；
5、其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: It is necessary to have a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects. 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3.
