2、須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
3、供應商及擬派工作人員未參與過該建設項目投資監理、內部審價工作，與該建設項目無直接工作關系。
4、本項目不允許轉包。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. The supplier and the proposed staff have not participated in the investment supervision or internal price review of this construction project and have no direct working relationship with it. 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
