4、建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
5、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
6、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
7、業(yè)績要求：無；
8、其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; 4, construction general contracting level 3 and above qualifications; 5. Have a safety production license (within the validity period); 6. The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; 7. Performance requirements: None; 8. Other requirements: None.
