(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for purchasing small and medium-sized enterprises, and the products of small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount at the time of evaluation; (2) Disabled welfare units are supported and regarded as small and micro enterprises.
