(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Must have a valid Grade B or above surveying and mapping qualification certificate (professional category includes engineering survey); (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
