2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設立的法人組織；
3、具有電力工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
4、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
5、擬派項目負責人具有機電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
6、業(yè)績要求：無；
7、其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; 3. Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for power engineering construction; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
