（6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有通信與廣電工程專業(yè)一級(jí)注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
（7）業(yè)績(jī)要求：無(wú)；
（8）其他要求：無(wú)。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Having the qualification of Grade III and above in general contracting of communication engineering construction; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the qualification of a first-class registered construction engineer in communication and radio and television engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person in charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
