(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠 ；（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.

2、須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項目不允許轉包。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
