（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
（7）業(yè)績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。
       

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
