（4）建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質；
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業(yè)績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III and above qualifications for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
