（4）具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質；
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Having the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
