合同履約期限：自簽訂合同之日起至2026年1月31日，如所采購的工時在服務期限屆滿前提前完成，則成交供應商需派駐不少于三人對重大項目進行固守，直至服務期結束。

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。 （2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and no price discount will be implemented for the products of small and medium-sized enterprises during the review. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises;        

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）須系依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
（2）須具備省市級公安部門核發的有效的《保安服務許可證》；
（3）本項目不允許轉包。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (2) Must have a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (3) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.        

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；
