Procurement Requirements: 

合同履約期限：合同簽訂之日起至2025年12月31日。貨品交貨期：易耗品類于訂單下達之日3個工作日內交貨；需進行預訂的通用儀器或備品備件等，于訂單下達之日起2周內交貨,對于采購方常用的化學試劑（易制毒、易制爆除外）和藥品應留有一定量的庫存已備緊急時及時供貨。        

The Contract Period: From the date of contract signing until December 31, 2025. Delivery time of goods: Consumables shall be delivered within 3 working days from the date of order placement; General instruments or spare parts that require booking shall be delivered within 2 weeks from the date of order placement. For commonly used chemical reagents (excluding those that can easily produce drugs or explosives) and drugs used by the purchaser, a certain amount of inventory shall be reserved for timely supply in case of emergency.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. (2) Welfare units for disabled people and treat them as small and micro enterprises.        

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）具有有效的危險化學品經營許可證；
（5）具有有效的非藥品類易制毒化學品經營備案證明；
（6）本項目不允許轉包。
       

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having a valid hazardous chemical business license; (5) Having valid business registration certificates for non pharmaceutical precursor chemicals; (6) This project does not allow subcontracting.
