合同履約期限：本項目預算服務期限為1年，日期為2025年1月1日起到2025年12月31日止。本次采購工作完成前由臨時服務單位履行服務，如本次中標人非臨時服務單位，在此期間所產生的服務費，待項目采購完成后由中標人按中標價折算支付給臨時服務單位相應的服務費用。本項目采取招一續二的形式，對工作質量考核達標的中標人可以續標，服務期限合計不超過三年，即合同一年一簽，最長不超過三年，具體以合同簽訂日期為準。

The Contract Period: The budget service period for this project is 1 year, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Before the completion of this procurement work, the temporary service unit shall provide services. If the winning bidder is not a temporary service unit, the service fees incurred during this period shall be converted and paid to the temporary service unit by the winning bidder according to the winning bid price after the project procurement is completed. This project adopts the form of one to two bidding, and the winning bidder who meets the work quality assessment standards can renew the bid. The total service period shall not exceed three years, that is, the contract shall be signed once a year, and the longest shall not exceed three years, subject to the date of contract signing.
