合同履約期限：本項目服務期為2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日，在本次采購結(jié)束前，由原服務單位繼續(xù)履行任務。如本次成交供應商非原服務商，則新成交供應商按照成交折扣率折算支付給原服務單位在此相應期間服務件數(shù)的費用。

The Contract Period: The service period of this project is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. If the supplier of this transaction is not the original service provider, the new supplier will pay the original service unit the cost of the number of services provided during the corresponding period according to the discount rate of the transaction.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:  (1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the price discount of small and medium-sized enterprise products is not implemented during the review. (2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises;
