合同履約期限：本項目一次采購兩年有效，合同一年一簽，經(jīng)過采購人考核合格后，合同續(xù)簽一年。本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年1月1日起至2025年12月31日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續(xù)履行服務，如本次中標人非原服務單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務費，待項目采購完成后由中標人按中標服務單價及實際工作量支付給原服務單位相應的服務費用。

The Contract Period: The project is valid for two years at a time, the contract is signed once a year, and the contract is renewed for one year after the purchaser passes the assessment. The service period covered by the procurement budget for this project is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Before the completion of the procurement work by the original service unit to continue to perform the service, such as the winning bidder is not the original service unit, the service fee incurred during this period will be paid by the winning bidder according to the unit price of the winning service and the actual workload after the completion of the project procurement to the original service unit corresponding service fees.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and price discounts are not implemented for small and medium-sized enterprise products during the review.
