(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目不是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時小型和微型企業產品享受10%的價格折扣；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review; (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）包件1外業調查須具有乙級及以上測繪資質證書且準許專業(業務)范圍包括界線與不動產測繪；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China;
(4) Package 1: The field survey must have a Grade B or above surveying and mapping qualification certificate, and the permitted professional (business) scope includes boundary and real estate surveying and mapping;
(5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；
