（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人；
（4）建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質；
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業績要求：無；
