(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the price discount of small and medium-sized enterprise products is not implemented during the review. (2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
（4）具有省市級公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names);
(4) Have a valid "Security Service Permit" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments;
(5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
