(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目是專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved share measures to increase the participation of SMEs in government procurement, supporting SME policies: This project is specifically targeted at micro enterprises, with no price discount policies applied during evaluation for products offered by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). (2) Support for welfare units for the disabled, treating them equivalently to micro enterprises, to foster their participation in government procurement.
