(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): This project is not specifically targeted at SMEs, but during evaluation, products from small and micro-enterprises will enjoy a 10% price discount. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
（4）本項目不允許轉包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(III) Must be a legal person or non-legal organization established according to the laws of our country (this project does not accept branches participating in the procurement activities under their own names); (IV) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
